Disclosing a disability to your employer is a personal choice, but you don’t have to go it entirely alone. In this information session, you’ll learn about reasonable accommodations and different resources that are available to help you navigate a future conversation with a plan in place.

Speaker:

Sean Fox is the Digital Skills Instructor at Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania where he serves as a member of the Career Services team. He has worked with clients with various disabilities who are seeking employment and are concerned about the disclosure process. He has discussed with individuals the importance of self-advocacy when in need of accommodations and what resources are available to assist them.
